So Maleficent is my third favorite villain. I never liked that gold staff that she carried around though, I thought it was tacky. So every time I draw her I always go with a black staff with a purple crystal on top. I think it looks way better.

The thing that’s really bothered me in recent years is the lack of green skin in her portrayals, I always thought it to be iconic. Maybe it’s just me but purple and green are one of the best color combinations, especially for villains.
